Arcadia is an award-winning landscape architecture and urban design practice working at the intersection of the built form and nature. Our focus is to enrich community and Country, shaping meaningful places for all Australians in regional and urban settings.
With studios in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory, our team is made up of designers who deliver landscape architecture, urban design, and masterplanning. These multiple capabilities position us as the leading designers for large-scale, complex projects that require thoughtful integration of the natural environment, alongside high-quality architecture.
Here at Arcadia, we’re focused on long-lasting and meaningful partnerships, not just projects. Our clients include national, state and local governments, leading property developers, institutions and non-profit organisations. We work across broad sectors, including but not limited to mixed-use precincts, civic spaces, health, aged care, education, transport, defence and sports/recreation facilities.
Arcadia’s extensive network of collaborators include some of the country’s leading architects and specialised consultants, as well as First Nations Knowledge Holders. Together, we help shape significant public realm projects to enhance streets and parks, or entire precincts where natural and urban environments intersect.
Our team of brilliant minds come from many walks of life, each one a character with stories to tell. These diverse and different ways of thinking enable us to maintain fresh perspectives and innovate continuously. Whether it’s design excellence or streamlined processes, we go to every length to make sure that clients and communities are getting the best possible results.
Arcadia’s high calibre of staff is what keeps clients coming back for more. That’s why we provide our team with industry-leading tools and training to continually develop our skills, achieving maximum fulfilment and growth.
While we’re aligned in our vision to create industry-leading outcomes, we also want to enjoy the process, and have fun along the way. After all, a great project comes from great people working in harmony.
We have taken a number of steps to ensure that Arcadia is at the forefront of our industry in engagement, advancement and collaboration with our First People.
Through a combination of learning, community partnerships, supporting Indigenous advancement in design, and building our team’s capacity, we have developed an inherent approach to Indigenous heritage, culture and Country.
This makes us best placed to collaborate on Indigenous design.
