Arcadia is delighted to announce promotions within all studios, including Mitchell Audsley becoming Principal of its ACT studio, and Kate Phillips and Daniel Drummond being promoted to Senior Associate.

“We are thrilled that we are announcing these promotions as we believe one of the biggest markers of success at Arcadia is to see our people progress in their careers as a result of their commitment to design and achieving great outcomes for our clients and projects,” says Alex Longley, Director of Arcadia Landscape Architecture.
Arcadia established a studio in Canberra in 2021 with Mitchell Audsley as the Studio Lead, bringing his strong local knowledge as well as considerable experience leading complex multi-disciplinary projects in ACT, NSW and Queensland.

“Mitchell has worked closely with Arcadia’s leadership team to shape the business and the culture of the Canberra studio, where he has built a great team and established quality client connections to work on a portfolio of outstanding projects in ACT and regional New South Wales. Appointing Mitchell as a Principal demonstrates the success of Arcadia’s studio in Canberra under his leadership,” says Michael Barnett, Director of Arcadia Landscape Architecture.

Kate Phillips and Daniel Drummond have both shown exceptional leadership within the Brisbane and Melbourne studios, leading project teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes, and we are delighted to see them progress to Senior Associate within their studios, where their leadership and mentoring will play a valuable role in the training and development of the rest of the team.”

In Victoria, Ruiqi Shen has been promoted to Senior Landscape Architect + Urban Designer and Yiling Jiang is a Senior Landscape Architect in the NSW studio. Madison Tong has been promoted to Visual Communications Lead within the Arcadia Design Group, which provides support across all studios nationally.
