With nearly ten years of local design experience, Scott Jackson is joining the Arcadia Sydney studio as a Senior Associate to lead teams in delivering world-class projects across New South Wales.
Scott has a multidisciplinary background, with qualifications in landscape, urban design and project management, bringing a unique perspective and a passion for working in master planning, the public realm, place and education.
“We are excited to have Scott join the Arcadia team, bringing his considerable experience in leading large-scale public realm projects and his industry-leading skills in Revit and BIM. His philosophy and approach to landscape architecture and urban design complements the way we work at Arcadia, and we are looking forward to Scott taking a senior leadership role in the studio, leading complex projects from concept phase to construction,” says Alex Longley, Principal of Arcadia Landscape Architecture.
While Scott has strong experience in high profile public domain projects across Australia and the UK, he was drawn to the diversity in portfolio of projects at Arcadia.
“I have followed Arcadia’s growth and success over recent years and the strong collaborative approach to connection to Country in their work is something that really appealed to me. I believe the studio culture and team environment is going to be great to be a part of,” says Scott Jackson, Senior Associate at Arcadia.
Scott is working in Arcadia’s Sydney studio, which has recently moved to Suite 70 of the Lower Deck of Jones Bay Wharf to accommodate Arcadia’s growing team.
