Wirra Neutral Bay

Arcadia’s landscape for boutique luxury residential development, Wirra Neutral Bay, uses the unique site topography and geomorphology to foster an intimate sense of belonging, a shared experience which connects the past to the present by expressing the bones of the site.

Above and below the ground level, the landscape includes multi-level spaces that provide a diversity of user experience including entry forecourt, generous private courtyards, seating nooks and an ornamental rooftop garden. The landscape will leverage microclimates to create engaging and comfortable spaces throughout the year, using locally endemic ecologies that increase biodiversity and connection to nature.

Flagstone pavers will complement the existing sandstone wall onsite, with tall layered native amongst the palms and canopy trees will provide screening and a green outlook for upp level apartments. Low mass planting of shade loving ferns and ground covers creates a consistent canvas to contrast against the built form and allow maximum light into ground floor units.
