Arcadia’s design concept for the benchmark lifestyle development, The Huntley, is a collaborative partnership to achieve a high quality landmark development featuring a range of bespoke homes, a spectacular Greg Norman-designed 18 hole golf course, open space treatments offering a an array of lifestyle and recreational opportunities for health and well-being.  Establishing a landscape response to the Huntley site’s rich heritage is a key design driver for this project. Arcadia has incorporated a number of material and interpretive references within the Huntley landscape response to reference these links to the past, from its early days as a rich subtropical rainforest, Indigenous history and its operations as agricultural land and Colliery.
