Located on the Redcliffe Peninsula, the Newport waterside community provides a wide range of waterfront and non-waterfront homes suitable for different lifestyle needs and a 22 hectare non-tidal lake with boat access to Moreton Bay.

Arcadia’s design emphasises this strong coastal connection through the use of materials, such as timber, steel and sand, which reference geographical elements and points of interest found in the area, including the red cliffs, sandy beaches, rusted Gayundah shipwreck and historical timber jetties.

Creating communal gardens for residents to come together and interact was also a key feature of Arcadia’s design.
