Arcadia has delivered the landscape for the Indi Footscray BTR development with 702 apartments across three towers, featuring a communal ground floor, podium and rooftop spaces which offer an array of amenities, events and experiences to residents and their pets.
With the existing Moreton Bay Fig as its centre piece, the Fig Tree Garden is a publicly accessible space and entry to both buildings. Raised timber decks and seating provide opportunities for respite beneath the tree canopy.
Responding to the historic ornamental gardens of Footscray, a variety of communal rooftop spaces cater for the diverse residential population, with the largest communal space on level three. The day club has a large, flexible central lawn that can be used for large gatherings and events, while still allowing for passive use. The outdoor fitness club, spilling out from the gym, provides active recreation space including a basketball half-court.
With rooftop spaces atop every building, private terraces and communal spaces offer a variety of zones for residents to relax, socialise, retreat, enjoying the stunning views of the city skyline throughout the day and into the early evening.
