Located in Melbourne’s rapidly evolving Fishermans Bend precinct, the landscape design plays a central role in shaping a vibrant residential community while setting a new benchmark for high-quality BTR open space in this developer’s first Australian project.
More than a backyard replacement, it’s a canvas for building a community and creating a sense of belonging for residents, where the landscape tells the story of the Saltwater lagoon that was found on the site in pre-colonial times, while celebrating the distinctive South Melbourne character. Weaving this design narrative through the open space allows residents to feel connected to the suburb and community.
The shared podium connects the three towers through a layered, multi-functional environment that accommodates diverse household needs, from social gathering, fitness, play and quiet retreat. Lush planting, crafted materiality and curated elements weave a strong narrative throughout, transforming the landscape into a cohesive place of connection, identity and belonging.
