Set on an oceanfront site in the cosmopolitan seaside village of Terrigal, on NSW’s Central Coast, Elysium will set the benchmark for luxury coastal living with it’s contemporary, tropical resort influence.

Elysium’s breathtaking tropical entryway gives a sense of the uniquely special nature of this iconic development. A timber pathway will arch over a calming pond, while a natural stone pathway leads to the open grassed areas. A beautifully landscaped pool is central to the design, with various spaces to lounge, including a shady timber deck and sunken sun lounges in shallow water.  The resort style pool will feature a children’s paddling area and a the 25m lap pool.

The gardens have been designed to feel like a journey through a tropical rainforest, with a series of walkways connecting to idyllic nooks for quiet contemplation, where tactile, textured natural materials are used in a combination of rustic and contemporary finishes.

A main focus through the design has been to ensure existing mature trees are retained and protected, while new palms and plantings add lush greenery, complementing the existing species and reinforcing the local vegetative character of the Central Coast.

Views from the apartments have been carefully considered, connecting residents to their lush, tropical surroundings on an even greater level. Natural materials and the integration of functioning water filtration systems help to connect the user with environmental elements whilst enhancing the overall pleasure of this resort type environment for residents.
