Drawing from the iconic Gold Coast coastline in the east, and the hinterland in the west, the landscape for Assana has been designed by Arcadia, in collaboration with Macquarie Developments Group and SJB, to set the benchmark for luxury coastal living.

Set to be the tallest residential tower on the Gold Coast, the name Assana, meaning ‘Waterfall’, has led to the evolution of the design
response with its cascading form and lush green landscape. Assana’s contemporary design, with architecture by SJB, blurs the line
between the internal and external environment, echoing a subtropical aesthetic and maximising views of the Pacific Ocean, the Nerang River,
cityscape and the hinterland.

Landscape materiality will draw on the surrounding site character, reflecting the lifestyle and aesthetics of coastal living. A harmonious, and familiar coastal palette will resonate with the local community, and welcome both retail and residential tenants alike.
