Lady Small Haven is a vibrant, connected community in the heart of Benowa.

The facility provides access to a full range of resort-quality amenities, including outdoor pool, self-service cafe` area, multipurpose entertaining rooms, subtropical landscaped gardens, a community garden, outdoor barbecue area and terraces.

The Gold Coast sand dunes, coastline and rainforest hinterland were all used as design inspiration to create resort-style living for residents at the first stage of the development.
