The Crescent Garden at Darling Park

The Crescent Garden is a tranquil central oasis for the 10,000 office residents and visitors of the landmark commercial precinct, Darling Park. With the inclusion of two lightweight pavilions into the existing garden, Arcadia worked closely with the architects, Altis, to ensure the pavilions would blend with the existing gardens.  Through selective placement of these pavilions, the retention of the existing trees has been significantly increased.  Additionally, mimicking the existing planting palette, and designing around the water feature in place, the landscape has retained the structure of the original design while celebrating the evolution of the next stage of its life. With its access to both shaded and non-shaded seating, the space is incredibly popular with workers in the area.
