Working with the Buchan Group the Arcadia Brisbane studio has created the landscape for this 15-storey hotel in Fortitude Valley. The design aims to wrap the building in a green façade across all levels to assist with Brisbane City Council ‘Buildings that Breathe’ initiatives. This will achieve striking visual amenity as the building will be a landmark as you enter the city from the Storey Bridge.

Arcadia has designed the upper-level pool deck to align with the brief for the hotel to appeal to the health and wellness market, with lush sub-tropical planting surrounding a luxe timber pooldeck and adjacent cabana spaces with feature paving.
