The Arcadia Queensland team are collaborating with Hassell, REX and Richards & Spence, along with clients Cbus Property and Nielson Properties, on this exciting new project for Brisbane. Arcadia is working with the design team across all levels of the building, including the public plaza, restaurant precinct, sky terraces and roof terrace.

The design of this building has placed people’s wellness first – everyone will have the opportunity to step outside into an open-air landscaped environment on every office level and is supported by a dedicated Wellness level, auditorium, open-air lobby a rooftop collaboration terrace and retail. The concept of the building architecture is intimately tied to its place – the wonderful benign climate of Brisbane, so to complement this Arcadia looked to utilise a local context planting palette with predominately local native species, inspired by the river’s edge, as well as the vegetative strata layers of elevated local landscapes like Mount Coo-tha.

This building will represent excellence in sub-tropical architecture. A tower that represents the vision of Brisbane as a New World City. A building that does truly breathe, promotes working in this wonderful benign climate, supports the wellbeing of all that are fortunate enough to use it and positively contributes to an engaging city through a carefully considered and generous public realm.
