Job Description

We have identified the need to add an Associate level staff member to our professional team. The role will address maintaining client satisfaction, capitalising on our growing client and project base, and continuing to develop our creative design and product innovation.
The selected candidate will take a leadership role for our design and documentation team. This includes general support and management of staff across the studio, management and delivery of Arcadia’s significant projects, development of research and design innovation rigour, support to the Principals with new business development, client relationship management and general business operations. Responsibilities will also include elements of team building and contributing to the unique culture of the office.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Landscape Architect with a proven track record in high quality design and project outcomes. Candidates are required to have a Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture/Urban Design and a minimum of 10 years professional experience within the Australian market. Current registration with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects [AILA] will be favoured. The successful applicant will be proficient in a range of software applications including AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. Additional experience and knowledge of BIM Platform / Revit / 3D modelling will also be highly regarded. Our studio is an enjoyable yet challenging environment that holds a fixed perspective on achieving best practice design and industry outcomes. It is essential that the successful candidate holds a commercial acumen, is capable of working autonomously and collaboratively, and has an ambitious nature who instils rigour throughout all aspects of their professional life.
