Arcadia is delighted to announce that Daniel Byrne has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over twenty years of experience in strategy development, business expansion, and the leadership of high performing teams.
“After 13 years of sustained growth, Daniel is joining the business at a pivotal time where he will work closely with our Advisory Board and business management team to guide Arcadia into our next phase. With more than 60 landscape architects working in studios in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, the Sunshine Coast and Geelong, across local and national projects, Daniel’s experience in the strategic development of operations will be invaluable to the team,” says Alex Longley, Founding Principal, Arcadia Landscape Architecture.
With experience working in the built environment from his time working for local and international engineering firms, Daniel was drawn to Arcadia by its reputation for world-class projects and innovative thinking.
“I’ve been aware of Arcadia’s work on some of Sydney’s leading landscape architecture and urban design projects, including Sydney Metro West stations and the NSW Government Parks for People Northern Beaches projects. With a talented team of professionals working across such a strong portfolio of projects nationally, it was clear to me that Arcadia is a company moving into an exciting stage of development for their people and internal systems,” says Daniel Byrne, Chief Financial Officer of Arcadia.

Based in Arcadia’s Sydney studio, Daniel is working with all studios nationally including Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Sunshine Coast and Geelong.
