Arcadia provided landscape services for the staged expansion of the Ku-Ring-Gai Hospital in Hornsby. This scope included public realm streetscapes, several car park upgrades, building landscaping and internal courtyard. The design focused on facilitating an entry experience for both pedestrians and visitors arriving by vehicle. An emergent paving strategy complements building colours and provides space for WSUD rain garden functions. Large indigenous trees will provide shade to carpark spaces, reduce the scale of the built form and contribute to the local landscape character.
