Royal Far West

Collaborating with Architectus, Arcadia designed the landscape for The Royal Far West Centre for Country Kids, which offers accommodation for country children who need specialist healthcare, and their families. To ensure the first impression is one of comfort and welcome, Arcadia has used materials which will help provide a link between NSW country regions and the local coastal environs in Manly. 

In the design of the entry, level one terrace and third floor courtyard, Arcadia has used sandstone and timber decking to create spaces which are comfortable to use at all times and which will encourage people to gather on the outdoor seating to enjoy the sun or shelter in the shade of the green canopy overhead.
