Dee Why Square, a vibrant shopping and dining destination, is the first new retail project in years for the coastal suburb of Dee Why. Sitting at the heart of the Dee Why Centre Master Plan and part of mixed-use development The Lighthouse, Arcadia’s landscape design helps activate this space, with a 3,000sqm piazza dining precinct, north-facing square and a retail arcade providing a significant through-site link between Howard and Oaks Avenue.

The sun-drenched turf seating terraces have become a favourite spot for locals to meet and relax, while their dogs and children play on the lawn or in the interpretive water play space. The outdoor games hub attracts kids of all ages, and larger community gatherings are easily accommodated on the timber decking and stage area.

A coastal planting palette and native palm avenue help integrate the space with the surrounding beachside suburb.
