Casuarina Square Shopping Centre is the largest shopping centre in the Northern Territory. Owned and operated by GPT, the development masterplan has expanded the current leasable area whilst activating the streetscape and public domain areas associated with the centre. The landscape design focuses on the integration of architecture and landscape. The reduction of the road easement allowed the landscape along Bradshaw Terrace has become a major extension of the centre, and the activation of this frontage of the building with alfresco dining and streetscape retail has provided a link from the north to the south of the site.
