Arcadia is commencing the year with the promotion of five people across the practice, including Ruiqi Shen to Associate in Melbourne, Rhys Probert to Associate in Canberra and Elaine Wang to Associate in Urban Design, based in Sydney, as well as Elizabeth Kim to Bid Design and Operations and Chloe Burke to Management Accountant.
“We are pleased to announce these promotions as we believe one of the biggest markers of success at Arcadia is to see our people progress in their careers as a result of their commitment to achieving great outcomes for our clients and projects,” says Alex Longley, Director of Arcadia Landscape Architecture.
Ruiqi Shen, Rhys Probert and Elaine Wang have been promoted to Associate in recognition of the advancements they have made in their design skills, project complexity and for adding value to Arcadia’s landscape architecture and urban design projects.
“These three individuals are leaders in the integration of Landscape Information Modelling (LIM) in our projects, providing comprehensive layers of information to deliver innovative and precise design solutions,” says Longley.
Elizabeth Kim has been promoted to Bid Design and Operations for her significant contribution to Arcadia’s graphic design standards and bid processes, and for maintaining the practice’s quality in materials and client proposals with her eye for detail, clarity, and brand alignment.
Chloe Burke’s continued growth and development within the finance team have led to her promotion to Management Accountant, recognised for her diligence, attention to detail, and her ability to provide insights that drive strong performance.
Arcadia congratulates everyone who has been recognised with a promotion this year and looks forward to seeing everyone thrive in their new roles.
