Belasco Court is a multi-level Residential Aged Care home that brings significant benefits to older people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. It provides a care environment for 115 residents and features 107 single rooms, with ensuites.

The facility is divided into six distinct homes, each equipped with domestic-scale kitchens, shared living spaces, and common areas that offer beautiful views of the local area and landscaped gardens. Community amenities include a fully serviced café, a hair salon, day respite services, allied health facilities, and various multi-purpose function spaces.

Arcadia’s vision for the landscape design was to create an environment that reflects the local climate, character, identity, and sense of place, while fostering a compact, accessible, active, and healthy community. The design incorporates an orchard, raised vegetable gardens, a BBQ area, and an outdoor dining space, which encourage social interaction and a sense of community. Multi-purpose lawns and a dementia walking circuit provide opportunities for physical exercise, while the garden room, formal garden, pond, and various seating nooks offer peaceful spaces where residents can relax and connect with nature.
