Kingsford Terrace

With a total of 250 independent living apartments planned for across six buildings, the landscape at Kingsford Terrace is designed to promote connections, community and health and wellbeing for the seniors living  residents, with a Central Green and paved BBQ area. In the open space, the materiality character facilitates a continuation of existing character such as rendered planters, timber seating and harbour structures.

The planting strategy includes and extends the existing vegetation from existing buildings, integrating these species into the design while responding to the climatic situation.
