The Langston

Designed using a BTR approach to communal living, The Langston is a multi-residential development that combines high-density living with vibrant public and private open spaces. Arcadia’s landscape design extends the local bushland character into the residential communal open spaces.

On the level one podium is a range of social spaces, include outdoor kitchens, alfresco dining, secluded seating, communal lawns and coworking pods in a lush garden setting. A nature-based childrens play space is adjacent to the internal rumpus room.

The pool area forms part of a consolidated active zone for residents, complementing the indoor gym and yoga room on the same level. Cabanas and sun loungers provide space for respite and supervision around the perimeter of the lap pool.

Intended as a sophisticated space distinct from other communal areas, the outdoor terrace for the Level 22 Sky Lounge is conceived as a seamless extension of the internal bar, dining room and lounge. The terrace features an outdoor high bar, catering to a range of group sizes and maintaining adaptability to the terrace for larger events.
