Designed with a refined coastal style, Arcadia’s landscape for The Élan complements the architecture to provide a sense of style, peace and calm and a luxurious sense of space and privacy.

The planting palette consists of a mix of native and exotic species, selected primarily for their colour form and texture.

At the street level planting to the front facade softens visual elements, provides variation in texture and foliage colour to ensure year round interest, with the pedestrian entry emphasised by accents in the planting design. Mass planting to the western boundary provides a lush green screen to the neighbouring apartments.

Cascading plants on Level 1 connect with climbers on ground level, creating a green facade to soften the built form.

The resort-style pool area is a private haven, complete with in-pool lounges and sun deck, amidst lush tropical gardens which have been specifically chosen to withstand the nearby coastal environment, while still maintaining strong sense of amenity.
