Located in high growth Macquarie Park, Prime is edged by a number of distinct urban precincts, including Macquarie University & train station and Macquarie Shopping Centre.  Arcadia focussed on designing a series of well connected exterior spaces that engage with the local community and provide a platform for social interaction and inclusion. With close proximity to Lane Cove National Park the public domain will reflect community aspirations with a strong connection to the local landscape character, history and heritage.  The masterplan ensures access and circulation is fluid across the site with mitigation of level changes and basement impacts through resolved levels and grading.
