Garvan O’Gara is Arcadia’s Director of Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience across some of Australia’s leading architecture and design practices. His experience spans architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and interior design, with a strong focus on leading multidisciplinary teams and building high-performing design practices.
Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the studio floor, Garvan works alongside design leaders to strengthen the systems, structures and operational platforms that support creative businesses to grow. At Arcadia, he plays a key role in supporting the practice’s continued growth, helping create the conditions for great people and design to succeed while enabling the studios to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and communities.
