The Phoenix project in Rhodes has recently been completed!
Working with Dickson Rothschild and Richard Crookes for Whitehall Property Group, Arcadia’s first constructed project has been completed.
As the planting becomes established, the landscape will provide several separated spaces with different passive recreational uses, including alfresco dining, raised lawns for sun baking, and reading nooks. The eastern end of the podium provides connections to the adjacent parkland, and sets a capacity for it to be a private extension, while to the west the elevated podium enjoys extensive views over Homebush Bay to Sydney Olympic Park and its surrounding suburbs.
We are looking forward to seeing this landscape develop into the vision that was created for the residents of the development.
