With so many Arcadia projects under construction or in the pipeline in South Sydney, the team stopped to take a look at where we fit into this area. We were amazed by the size of the footprint our small company has on such a high growth area.
It’s no secret that South Sydney is one of the hottest development areas in the NSW residential market, with over $500 million in sales of residential sites last year. In the Green Square precinct alone, nearly 10,000 apartments are due for completion over the next four years and the surrounding suburbs of Rosebery and Mascot aren’t far behind.
With so much transformation happening in this area, the Arcadia team is eager to see how our landscape designs will help new residents weave into the fabric of the existing community. All our designs include public and private spaces which aim to help people connect, though playgrounds, seating and areas for community events, as well as promoting health and well-being, with zones for activity and quiet reflection.
